Terms and conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions
PeelAppeal GmbH (hereinafter Provider) operates an online store on their website. The supplies and services of this online shop follow solely the valid general terms and conditions mentioned with the conclusion of contract.

2. Orders and conclusion of contract
Orders are binding for the customer. The contract materializes with the acceptance of the order by the provider, or by executing the confirmed order to the customer. The webshop is updated regularly. It is possible that an item is no longer available during ordering  . In this case, the provider will communicate this to the customer.

3. Prices
Prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) or in Euros, including VAT for Switzerland or Germany. (for other countrys the prices are without VAT) Prices are subject to change.

4. Means of payment
The following payment options are offered:

Account for regular customers: payable within 30 days after receipt of invoice. Personalized items are only produced after receipt of payment.

Credit card: (payment by PayPal)

Prepayment by bank transfer in Swiss Franks or in Euro: In this option, the provider expects payment from the customer within 5 working days.


5. Delivery and Shipping charges
The delivery is carried out by the Swiss Post. The shipping is free in Switzerland

6. Delivery times
The provider endeavors to send out the order within 5-10 business days, without having to assume a liability. For longer delivery times, the customer will be notified via e-mail. The provider can only handle a purchase order without delay, if he is in possession of  accurate  and complete and actual customer data.

7. Retention of title
Until full payment, the provider will remain the owner of the delivered merchandise.

8. Refusal of acceptance
The cost of an unjustified refusal of acceptance of the delivered goods will be charged by the provided to the customer. The right of performance of the purchase agreement on the part of the provider shall remain unaffected.

9. Instruction about the conversion and return right
All items purchased at PeelAppeal GmbH may, within two weeks of receipt of the goods, be returned without any given reason. The period begins earliest with receipt of the goods and its instruction. To insure the revocation period, it is sufficient to return the goods within the appropriate timeline.

The right of return does not apply to supplies of goods which have been manufactured according to customer specifications. The return must be made to the official company address.
The return of the undamaged merchandise must be in original packaging. If this is not possible, the customer is responsible for a packaging which prevents damage to the goods. The customer is liable, for damages of the goods, due to inadequate packaging.

Obvious defects (in particular damages, wrong deliveries or quantity variances), shipping damages or other defects have to be reported immediately, in writing to the provider,  but no later than within 14 calendar days after receipt of goods. Notification by e-mail to info@peelappeal.com is sufficient. The provider is not liable for damage caused by the improper use of the items purchased.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction
The contracts are governed solely by Swiss law. Sole jurisdiction is Frauenfeld.
